Choo, who was on his first visit to Perth, was hosted for the day by City of Swan Mayor Charlie Zannino and chief executive Mike Foley, as well as representatives of Tourism WA and the Swan Valley and Regional Winemakers Association.
He said he enjoyed the region and found inspiration in the artists’ works.
‘The different techniques, the elements they use, the art pieces, all of these things inspire me; I can put these things on my shoes,’ he said.
‘I feel so relaxed here. The chi, the energy, and the roads are so clean, it is just a different feeling to other cities.’
