POLICE are concerned for the welfare of missing 53-year-old Anthony Robert Erwin who suffers from dementia.
Mr Erwin was last seen at an aged care facility on Swan Street in Guildford about 6.30pm on Sunday night.
He is described as 180cm tall, medium build with light brown/greying hair.
