HAVING lost her father and “partner in crime” last month, Forrestfield resident Cynthia Coventry entered the Win A Tradie giveaway, courtesy of LookLocalWA, with plans to renovate her 1970s bathroom.

“I have started the bathroom renovation, removing an ugly brick arch and gutting the room, but this is the first time I have done anything without my dad who always acted as foreman and tradie,” Ms Coventry said.

“Together, my dad and I have renovated the kitchen, laundry and back yard.

“Bathrooms aren’t cheap and I really want to create something he would be proud of.”

Ms Coventry said if she won the prize of a service of her choice from a LookLocalWA tradie to the value of $2000, she would use it to hire either a plumber or electrician.

If you have a home project in need of work and funds, enter the Win A Tradie giveaway before Monday, July 17.
