Martin Chape said the proposal, which has been put to the City of Swan, is available for public comment until September 2.

The proposal offers 145 single-storey dwellings and three bedrooms with two bathroom homes, all with double carports and open- plan living areas.

The company representing the developers, Tuscom Subdivision Consulting, said the site had two addresses it was referenced by, being Lot 137 Clayton Road, Bellevue and also No 2 Wangalla Place, Koongamia.

The cost of the development is estimated at close to $22 million and the application before council requires determination by the Joint Development Assessment Panel.

The developer�s submission states they �have focused on lifestyle village models which offer residents security and a sense of community in good locations�.

The majority of property types in Koogamia are houses, with a smaller percentage of flats and units.
