Information on NDIS eligibility

Sally McGlewMidland Kalamunda Reporter

The initiative is funded by the Disability Services Commission of WA and the Australian Government.

It aims to help people experiencing mental health challenges, family members, friends and carers.

The NDIS supports people with a disability to live a good life and have more choice and control in the services they receive. People who experience long term mental health challenges may be eligible for this new type of support.

To find out more about how the NDIS relates to mental health, what it provides and who is eligible, visit the session at the G Centre Workshop Room (access through the Crooked Spire Cafe), 71 Victoria Street, Midland, on Tuesday, September 1, between 2 and 4pm.
