THREE people are in police custody in relation to a stolen ute.
At about 6.55am this morning police officers identified a stolen tray-back ute near Silver Princess Way and White Gum Drive in Jane Brook.
Police took pursuit and the driver failed to stop.
Officers lost sight of the ute on Morrison Road before spotting it again on Talbot Road.
