Kalamunda Night Market to bring town to life on Friday

THE popular Kalamunda Night Market is again set to enliven Haynes Street and the Central Mall this Friday evening with its mix of international street food and artisan stalls alongside great entertainment.

First time market goers will be able to boogie along to choice beats with a silent disco via illuminated headsets.

The big screen, erected in Central Mall, will air local footage including the recent TV broadcast of “Our Town – Kalamunda”.

In keeping with St Patrick’s day, The Booby Trap will play a jig or two while buskers will be on street corners providing other musical offerings.

The free family event will also include, face painting, a petting zoo, Pawsum Pets and Playful Ponies.

The Kalamunda Night Market, run by the Kalamunda Chamber of Commerce, is on from 6pm.

Local retailers will also be open.
