Kalamunda’s free outdoor movie festival continues this summer

KALAMUNDA’s free movie festival returns this summer with seven nights of outdoor movie screenings at locations around the City.

Mayor John Giardina said with smash hits from Ant Man and the Wasp to Disney’s Christopher Robin, it’s something the whole family can enjoy.

“We’re delighted for the Summer Series program to return in 2019 thanks to the support of Perth Airport,” he said.

“Last year’s event was a major success, with fantastic weather and booked out screenings.

“We can’t wait to be able to do it all again.”

Movie-goers can settle in with a pre-screening meal from the line-up of food trucks at 5.30pm. There will also be pre-show activities to keep the community entertained until sunset. Movies start around 7.30pm.

Screenings takes place every second Friday, from January 11 through to April 12 at a new location every week.
