POLICE have charged a man with 12 offences relating to incidents occurring over Monday and Tuesday.
The 26-year-old man from Forrestfield has been charged with four counts of breaching a violence restraining order, two counts of criminal damage and two counts of reckless driving to escape pursuit by police.
He was also charged with two counts of failing to stop in circumstances of aggravation, reckless driving and one count of trespass.
