POLICE set up a roadblock in Kalamunda after a driver failed to stop and avoided a stinger device in Canning and Pickering roads this morning.
The driver took off in a north-west direction on Canning Road.
Police attempted to intercept the vehicle again at 11.15am near the intersection of Stirk Street and Railway Road, where the vehicle came to a halt.
