MIDLAND Gate has announced two new stores as part of its $100 million expansion.

On completion, Midland Gate will have Aldi, Woolworths and Coles and household names Kmart, Target and Big W.

“Already the largest regional shopping centre in Perth’s east and offering something for the whole family, we are looking forward to giving our shoppers more reasons to call Midland their local,” Ms Broadbent said.

Construction at the shopping centre has been under construction for four months and builders are now pouring more than 150sq m of concrete foundations daily.

The redevelopment is creating more than 950 jobs, including 315 through construction and 650 ongoing retail, hospitality and services roles at the completed centre.

The project will be unveiled in stages, with the expansion completed in early 2019.
