Mr Matthew said the day before Good Friday was traditionally one of the busiest days of the year.

“We have lost $90,000 worth of frozen goods,” he said.

“Police have said the fire started in the freezer.

“The ceilings are all black and the air smells like smoke and chemicals.

“Our priority is fixing everything, which will hopefully be done in a couple of days and we can return to normal.”

Today Police Arson Squad investigators were on site.

Anyone with information regarding the fire, or who saw any suspicious vehicles or persons in the area between 9.30pm and 10.30pm, can call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report the information online.
