Midland Hospital to host patient experience expo

Staff writerMidland Kalamunda Reporter

The public are invited to St John of God Midland Public and Private Hospitals’ inaugural Patient Experience Expo on May 1 from 10am to 3pm, which will showcase the services it provides to the community.

St John of God Midland Public Hospital CEO Michael Hogan said the event is being held during Patient Experience Week to provide the opportunity for our caregivers to engage with consumers about our patient-focussed care and to increase health literacy in the community.

“As part of this year’s theme “We’re Here For You”, we will be asking patients and visitors to write their experience and feedback about the hospital on cardboard bricks, which will be used to create a consumer feedback wall,” Mr Hogan said.
