Midland police charge man (45) with indecently assaulting girl at cinema

MIDLAND police have charged a 45-year-old man for allegedly indecently assaulting a girl in a cinema.

Police say in the afternoon of July 12 the man sat next to two teenage girls in the Midland cinema as the movie started.

It will be alleged he indecently assaulted one of them.

The Midland man has been charged with aggravated dealing with a child over 13 years and under 16.

He is due to appear in Midland Magistrates Court on August 14.

Police say the man talked to several other girls as he left the cinema and they would like to speak to anyone the man approached.
