Lauren PedenMidland Kalamunda Reporter

The woman took the phone from a customer who was shopping at a supermarket about 3pm on April 19.

She took it from the bag when the customer left her trolley unattended and then left the area immediately afterwards. Police have released a CCTV image of a woman (left) they believe can help with their investigation.

She is described as light skinned, 18 to 21 years old, with a thin build and blonde hair. She was wearing a black hat, black singlet with number 21 on the front and back, long black pants and red runners.
