At the Roe Highway ramp, the vehicle hit a metal fence as the driver turned left and the car became wedged in the fence.

The driver reversed and hit the front end of a police vehicle before taking off.

He later lost control of the car at the intersection of Roe and Great Eastern highways in Midvale and went down a slope.
