Prizes await full-rates payers in Kalamunda

Sally McGlewMidland Kalamunda Reporter

President Andrew Waddell said residents were encouraged to pay their rates up front and register for eRates early to be in the chance to win.

“Revenue raised from rates forms a core part of the shire’s operating budget, and as an incentive for early payment the shire is offering these exciting bonus prize draws,” he said.

Prizes include eight cash prizes of $1000 donated by the shire, $1000 donated by the Commonwealth Bank, $250 passbook accounts donated by Forrestfield and High Wycombe Community Bank branches of the Bendigo Bank, and two double passes to concert performances donated by the WA Symphony Orchestra.
