THE high construction fence that surrounds the canned Roe 8 project is being removed as rehabilitation works continue.
Rehabilitating Roe 8 Working Group chairwoman and Lisa O’Malley said lower permanent fencing was being installed to protect the regrowth area from vehicle access.
She said consultants were also developing a 10-year plan to rehabilitate the 17ha of cleared land.
