Some wild ideas for Christmas. Donate to Kayana Wildlife

Lynn GriersonMidland Kalamunda Reporter

The Lesmurdie not-for-profit organisation hopes to generate income through an animal adoption scheme.

Education officer Cass Rowles said family gift vouchers for nocturnal tours and meet and greet experiences at the centre also made popular presents.

“When you adopt an animal through Kanyana, you receive a personalised certificate of adoption, a fact sheet, our newsletter and the knowledge that your contribution goes towards saving wildlife,” Ms Rowles said.

“There are more than 15 different animals available to adopt, so everyone can get something different.”
