Stratton armed robbery: two teenaged boys charged over incident allegedly involving tomahawk

TWO 16-year-old boys have been charged with aggravated armed robbery after an incident in Stratton last night.

A group of juveniles allegedly entered a liquor store on O’Connor Road about 8pm.

One of the group allegedly threatened staff with a tomahawk as others grabbed alcohol before fleeing on foot.

One boy from Kewdale and another from Northam have been charged and they will appear in the Perth Children’s Court this morning.
