A MAN has allegedly punched a pregnant woman in the back of the head and continued to attack her as she lay on the ground outside a Perth home.

The 31-year-old is also accused of turning on a neighbour who came to the woman’s aid at Swan View on Saturday night.

The neighbour was left with a fractured skull, broken nose and possible fractured cheek, police said.
