Two road deaths in Bullsbrook and Forrestfield

TWO people lost their lives on the roads in Perth’s eastern suburbs over the weekend.

Police called to a crash in Bullsbrook about 12.10am on Saturday said a Holden Statesman travelling east on Chittering Road hit a tree on bend.

The driver, Anthony William Andersen (45) of Bullsbrook, died following the accident.

In another single vehicle crash, a 31-year-old passenger died in Forrestfield about 7.30am on Saturday after a crash near the intersection of Roe Highway and Berkshire Road.

The driver (35) from Guildford was taken to Royal Perth Hospital in a critical condition.

His condition was stabilised after surgery.

Police closed the highway between Berkshire and Kalamunda roads for several hours to investigate the cause of the accident.
