The State Government has expanded the network of authorised inspection stations through a partnership with Kmart Tyre and Auto Service and Coles Express.

Transport Minister Dean Nalder said Kmart staff had undergone training to provide light vehicle examinations in the first four stations in Midland, Clarkson, Wanneroo and Baldivis.

“A further 26 authorised inspection stations will be working with the department’s vehicle examination centres, which will provide easy-to-access frontline services and more choice and convenience to customers,” he said.
