Woman sought over jewellery theft from Midland store

POLICE are looking for a woman who recently stole jewellery from a Midland fashion accessory store.

The woman entered the store at a local shopping centre about 12.15pm on Saturday, April 15 and walked around before taking an item and putting it in her handbag.

She refused to have her bag checked when she left the shop and walked to the food court where she met up with a man and left the centre.

Police have released a CCTV image of a woman described as tan skinned, 30 to 35 years old, solid build with wavy light brown hair.

She was wearing a singlet with a leopard skin pattern on it and long dark pants.
