Money matters

Janice TeoMidland Kalamunda Reporter

THE issue with the Rosehill golf course development is about not only aircraft noise, high-density housing and impact on community, but more about money, money and money.

Rosehill Waters is majority owned by Chinese investors who stand to make massive profits from the development.

Shame on Minister Day and the Swan Shire who would support Chinese profit before the community interests, despite there being tremendous public opposition to the development.

There was a 4000-strong petition and nearly 200 submissions opposing the development (including some government bodies).
