Penalties

BILL FREEBAIRN, High WycombeMidland Kalamunda Reporter

Yet there is a penalty for tradesmen or industry machinery workers who make an unreasonable industrial noise after working hours. It’s called noise pollution.

As the amendment Bill to the Act is due to be heard in State Parliament soon, I suggest local State MPs vote that heavy penalty be placed on untrained dog owners for not training their dogs to be silent.

Also the reporting of dog barking to shire rangers be restricted to one home owner only, not the present requirement of two home owners complaints.
