Point of history

I ENJOYED the latest Flufflington Post, as always, but wondered if Immanuel Kant is an “ancient philosopher”.

Mr Kant (1724-1804) is part of Modern Philosophy, whereas the Ancients surely petered out with Roman blokes like Boethius, who died in 524.

I look forward to more of Sally McGlew’s columns explaining the relationship between reason and human experience.
