IN your January 26 edition you printed a letter about the ugly new building in Barbary Street in Kalamunda (it is still ugly).
However, I made a error in saying that Planning Minister John Day had overruled the Shire on allowing this building; he was not involved.
I am not sure which tastes better – crow or humble pie, but I apologise unreservedly to Mr Day for my mistake.
