Why the delay?

I WOULD like to know why the Shire of Kalamunda has not decided what R codes to assign special rural land in Maida Vale and Forrestfield.

There is high demand for blocks and development is already happening in these suburbs. Why is our shire too lazy to resolve this issue?

It is telling residents to wait to develop their land. What’s the delay?
