FLOOD concerns or proposed Kadadjiny Noongar Cultural Centre…’some Guildford residents’, I’m not sure who they are, seem to be very concerned about this centre being flooded every 20 – 30 years or so.
How commendable…or is it?
Sounds similar to the Victorian residents who were very concerned about the Orange-bellied parrot being hit by the blades of the proposed wind turbines.
