Both teams were still looking for their first win of the season.

The game was a hard fought, even contest through the first three quarters, with both clubs going goal for goal.

Bullsbrook went into the last quarter with a one-goal lead and the game still in the balance.

In the final quarter, the Saints got on top of the Rhinos and registered their first win of the season by 38 points.
