Metro Football League: Midland home game to double as opening for new clubrooms

AN Aussie Rules club with its roots in the late 1890s is seeking more players to fill its seconds team in the Metro Football League.

Midland, which won the league’s division 2 competition last season, got its reserves side on the park last weekend for the first time this year.

The club says fly-in fly-out and shift workers are welcome to join the club and play under coach Giuseppe Tassone. Interested players can call Ian Boot on 0428 382 870.
