The local Rangers played Westfield Sports College in two games and emerged as easy winners of each.
The first game saw DRSC jump out to an early lead and career away from Westfield to win by 14 runs to 0.
Alex Hall was outstanding at shortstop and picked up three hits, including a triple. Other players contributing with hits were Ian MacLean, Blade Hayter, Kobi Lowicki and Year 8 prospect Byron Armstrong. Curtis Bacon was also effective as starting pitcher with four scoreless innings.

Jayden Armstrong was outstanding as starting pitcher, striking out three of the six Westfield batters he faced. Tristan Smith, Jesse Hackett and Matt Ward contributed with multi-hit games as Darling Range ran out winners 10-6.
