Suite retreat in Dale Alcock Homes display Ryden at Piara Waters

Staff writerHills / East

PARENTS have their own luxury escape in Dale Alcock Homes’ new display at Piara Waters. From the raking ceilings and exposed rafters to the large dressing room and opulent ensuite with freestanding bath, the Ryden was designed to reward busy parents with extra comfort and relaxation. Dale Alcock Homes design and drafting manager John Care said the brief was for a four-bedroom, three-bathroom family-orientated design that raised the bar with a five-star master wing. “The Ryden is a large home that delivers on every front but the master suite has really got visitors to the display talking,” Mr Care said. “Not only have we designed a big master suite with lovely garden views but linking the main bedroom to the parents’ retreat has given the whole zone an extra sense of spaciousness and luxury. “You can imagine creating a haven away from the hustle and bustle of family life that’s going on elsewhere in the house.”

White-painted, barn-style doors to the retreat and the dressing room add a fun touch while highlighting the casual, relaxed ambience throughout the Ryden. In the ensuite, the bath is set against a big picture window to also offer a garden view.

Guests are in for a treat, enjoying their own bedroom and bathroom at the rear. This zone includes the third bathroom and two further double bedrooms. A sleek white and timber-grain kitchen brings everyone together in the heart of the home and ties together the main living area, alfresco and home theatre room. The designers have incorporated a wine rack, double pull-out pantry and pot drawers to ensure all the essentials for cooking, dining and entertaining can be stored. Other features include a large island bench with bookshelf and integrated breakfast bar, overhead cupboards and drop zone with USB ports in a scullery-style area to keep clutter out of sight.
