TELETHON walker Scott Guerini (13) has put pen to paper again to raise funds for sick children.
The Alkimos teenager designed $2 and $5 donation cards, which are being sold at supermarkets across WA.
Scott has raised more than $150,000 for Telethon since he was four by walking from his family farm to Southern Cross and doing treadmill challenges on Telethon weekends.
