THE Alkimos Trinity Village supermarket is due to open early next year.

Coles State general manager Mark O’Connor said the chain would open its “market-style” store on the corner of Santorini Promenade and Marmion Avenue in early 2018.

“Shoppers will be able to enjoy an extensive fresh produce section, open-style butchery and an in-store bakery,” he said.

“The store will also feature a continental delicatessen with a variety of local and international cheeses as well as a ‘scoop and weigh’ cabinet filled with a huge selection of nuts and dried fruit mixes.

“Once construction is complete, we look forward to welcoming team members in a variety of roles throughout all departments of the store including, service and fresh produce, as well as qualified bakers and butchers.”
