THE Alkimos Trinity Village supermarket is due to open early next year.
Coles State general manager Mark O’Connor said the chain would open its “market-style” store on the corner of Santorini Promenade and Marmion Avenue in early 2018.
“Shoppers will be able to enjoy an extensive fresh produce section, open-style butchery and an in-store bakery,” he said.
