Beat winter blues with Helen’s fitness classes

Staff ReporterNorth Coast Times

‘This is a great opportunity for everyone to get up and active during the winter months, and rain, hail or shine the classes still go ahead,’ she said.

‘My sessions have a fun, casual feel to them and everyone’s welcome, so it doesn’t matter if you’re just starting out or wanting to maintain an already high fitness level.

‘The sessions are small, but we have a really nice spread of people from all walks of life ” the youngest is 13 and the oldest is nearly 60.’
