Lucy JarvisNorth Coast Times

A SMOKING ceremony, sod turning and surf kombi van rolled into Jindalee for the official launch of another development.

Work has started on Jindee, the third estate in the suburb of Jindalee, and one that has taken 14 years to get off the ground.

Estates Development Company executive chairwoman Fiona Roche and Wanneroo Mayor Tracey Roberts launched the 112ha site on September 23.

Ms Roche said it would have a “natural living environment” with about 900 lots and roads winding over the dunes.
