Lucy JarvisNorth Coast Times

Samuel Hunt has set up All About Sport to coach two to 12-year-olds in a multi-sport program that includes soccer, cricket and little games.

The Eglinton resident has been involved in sports coaching and teaching since graduating from UWA with an exercise and health science degree in 2005.

His most recent post was as sport director at Shanghai’s Britannica International School. Mr Hunt said he had a passion for teaching early years and primary-aged children in active, fun classes.

Kicking off in term one, the company will work with Alkimos and Yanchep Beach primary schools to provide after-school programs.

Mr Hunt said he would also run community programs in Yanchep, Eglinton, Alkimos and Butler.

“All About Sport also has a unique recruitment arrangement with some top international sports coaching companies in China, Hong Kong and Malaysia,” he said.

The coach will train students or recent graduates in Australia who, after a set period of time, will be put forward for positions overseas.
