A MINDARIE couple is hoping to bring fresh vibes to the suburb.

After 20 years operating venues around Perth such as Rambla on Swan, Empire Hotel, Tiger Lils and Coconut Grove, Mr Cattermoul said he was excited about this new venture that he hoped would “bring the fun back to the suburbs”.

“Our head chef Shaun, who is from California, has been instrumental in creating the menu, taking classic Mexican dishes and traditional methods and giving them a modern twist using local fresh ingredients,” he said.

“This fun menu, combined with some of the tastiest cocktails in Perth, will be an exciting addition to Perth’s hospitality scene.”

Mr Cattermoul said they felt the location “needed new life to get our community out and about”.

“With the emphasis on not just a place to eat but a place to go, the fit-out has a few fun elements to keep the conversation flowing,” he said.
