PROFESSIONAL dancer Dan Bullen is bringing his new fitness class to Clarkson.
After many years dancing with the likes of Kylie Minogue and Lionel Richie, Mr Bullen wanted to create a class that was different, fun and a mixture of dance styles.
Along with his colleague Sarah Roberts, they launched Move-Fit for people to exercise at a higher impact and energy level, and Move-Fit Gold for seniors and those who prefer a lower impact and intensity.

They will hold a free Move-Fit Gold class at the Seventh Day Adventist Church on Ainsbury Parade, Clarkson at 9.30am on November 30.
The classes will then continue at the church at 9.30am every Friday for $12, alongside the weekly classes they already run at Lake Monger Recreation Club at 9.30am on Tuesdays for $12.
“The group of ladies who attend are absolutely loving the class,” Ms Roberts said.
“Everyone has their own story to tell but in particular we have ladies who haven’t exercised in a while due to serious health conditions and ladies overcoming cancer treatments.
“The class has given them the confidence to re-join the world of exercise, build their confidence, coordination and self esteem whilst having fun and getting themselves out of the house.”
