Lollipop’s Playland and Cafe opens in Butler

LOLLIPOP’S Playland and Cafe opened in Butler this week.

Owner Vanessa O’Donnell said the Butler Boulevard centre had been busy since opening on July 17.

“Everyone seems really positive and supportive,” she said.

“What we are trying to create is a bit of a social hub.”

Ms O’Donnell said the centre catered for babies to 11-year-old children and featured a harnessed climbing wall, spinning car ride, three-tier play frame and toddler play area.

The mother-of-two said it had four party rooms as well as a cafe area and would host parenting talks.

She said the centre had provided jobs for about 30 casual employees and was open seven days a week, from 9am to 6pm.
