FRIENDS who grew up on opposite sides of a Mindarie park have teamed up to launch a mentoring business.
Brandon Secomb and Adam Inder, who grew up on opposite sides of Tauranga Park, recently launched Temper Consulting to coach and mentor young professionals.
The pair hope to use their respective experiences of success working in the community sector and teaching.

READ NOWMr Secomb leads a large team of staff and volunteers in the community sector and previously worked for an alternative education college, which engaged at-risk and disengaged youth in the northern suburbs.
In that role, he helped pilot an initiative with WA Police, the Education Department and Youth Justice to engage the most at-risk students.
Mr Inder is a passionate teacher, leader and communicator and has taught mathematics and science at Balga Senior High School and Clarkson Community High School.
He now works in a leadership position at a private school, working alongside other school leaders to develop a data culture and to facilitate improvement in teaching practice based on research and data.
The former Peter Moyes Anglican Community School head boy remains heavily involved in the Mindarie school community as chairman of its alumni association and an ex-scholar role in the school council.
Mr Secomb has a passion for coaching and helping people overcome extreme adversity and has seen people under his mentorship overcome challenging situations to become more resilient and successful.
