Needy families target of appeal: The Nappy Collective

Lucy JarvisNorth Coast Times

Target Australia and designer Dannii Minogue put out the call for customers to donate unused disposable nappies to help families in crisis or need.

The nappy drive will take place from October 16 to 30 and more than 70 stores, including those at Ocean Keys, Lakeside Joondalup and Whitford City shopping centres will take part.

“As any parent knows, babies and toddlers outgrow nappies so quickly and you end up with cupboards full of them because it seems such a waste to throw them out,” Minogue said.

“The Nappy Collective is a simple but brilliant idea aiming to help families in need of basic necessities for their babies and toddlers.”
