New stores to open early

Electronics store Dick Smith, lingerie retailer The Bra Bar, gift store Smokemart and clothing retailer Man to Man are due to open on August 21.

Burger restaurant Grill’d will also open in late August, and bakery Pat-A-Cake will return to a fresh location in early September.

With the second and final stage of the $105 million redevelopment due to open in November, centre manager Karen Draper said these stores would open ahead of the original redevelopment schedule.

‘These new stores will open over two months earlier than we had originally expected, and I think they will be a great addition to the current offer at Ocean Keys,’ she said.

Stage two will include Target and about 20 new shops, including fashion and accessories brands.
