A block away from the former Masters site, Knight Frank is selling a 4453sq m block overlooking the Marmion Avenue and Camborne Parkway intersection.

The Newmarket Parade site has development approval for a four-storey building with 54 apartments, with developers given four years to start construction in 2016 rather than the usual two years due to the market conditions.

That approval, granted by the Metro North-West Development Assessment Panel, will lapse in July 2020.

Knight Frank is selling the property, zoned mixed use, via an ‘offers to purchase‘ campaign that will close on Thursday, March 21.

Across Marmion Avenue, a BP fuel station and car wash in Jindalee is being built and along Butler Boulevard strip, the Little Buckets Butler child care centre opened last month.

On the other side of the suburb, IGA is expected to re-open under new management in April after the store overlooking Connolly Drive and Kingsbridge Boulevard closed last year.

That would give the suburb a wealth of supermarket choices again, with Farmer Jacks on Lukin Drive, Coles on Kingsbridge Boulevard and Aldi and Woolworths along Butler Boulevard.
