Store kicks off in brand new location

Staff ReporterNorth Coast Times

The former West Coast Eagles and Fremantle Dockers players officially opened the Bunnings Mindarie store on June 26 with complex manager Peter Kingwell and the chain’s managing director John Gillam.

Mr Kingwell said the team, many of whom transferred from the old store on the corner of Neerabup Road and Marmion Avenue, looked forward to helping out in the community as they settled into the new site two blocks away. ‘We’re proud to offer support to local groups and services wherever possible ” our team recently created a sensory garden at Bethanie Beachside Aged Care in May,’ he said.

Staff will be at Merriwa and Quinns Rocks primary schools planting trees for National School Tree Day and teaching students about sustainability.
