DAVE and Tracy Brown recently opened the Zen Life Yoga in Butler after outgrowing a studio in Jindalee.

The couple initially ran their business at Eden Beach estate’s The Studio before moving to bigger premises at 186 Landbeach Boulevard.

The space has a large area for yoga and meditation, a creche, change rooms and a waiting area.

“When we were looking for a place to start a business but couldn’t find a spot that suited our needs at the right price point,” Mr Brown said.

“We approached Lyndsey at Satterley to see if the sales office at Eden Beach estate had some space and she game through with the goods.”

The community development team cleared out some storage space, making it into a community space available for rent.

“It has been fantastic to watch Zen Life Yoga grow and we are so happy for the progress the business has made,” Satterley senior community development coordinator Lyndsey Stoney said.

“The Studio is a great place for the community to come together and we hope to see more success stories in the future.”

Residents, community groups and businesses can use The Studio, located on Reflection Boulevard, for sporting and leisure activities, meetings, social groups, community and private functions.
