Tyler BrownNorth Coast Times

VENUES across Perth turned up the glitz and glamour on Tuesday for Melbourne Cup.

The Pavilion at Mindarie Marina held a three-course sit-down lunch including a fashion parade from Ocean Keys Shopping Centre, best-dressed awards and gift bags for each guest.

The afternoon then featured a flamenco band at the Cabana Bar.

The event was supporting Momentum For Australia and its Pink Ribbon Ball, with part proceeds of every ticket going towards the charity.
