TRYCAN to hold acrylic painting course

Lucy JarvisNorth Coast Times

TWO Rocks Yanchep Culture and Arts Network (TRYCAN) will run a six-week acrylic painting course with artist and tutor Suzi Logue from October 26 to November 30.

The course will be at the Phil Renkin Recreation Centre in Two Rocks, with Logue teaching beginner and advanced students the elements of what makes a ‘good’ painting : subject, composition, colour and shape.

Participants can choose their own subjects, such as landscape, still life or abstract paintings, and the course will include an introduction to drawing.

Each Wednesday workshop will run from 2pm to 4.30pm and the course costs $280 per person, or $260 for TRYCAN members.
